We found a cool house in West River. BUUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTT. It is a short sale and the bank will not accept a contract that is contingent with the sale of another house. SOOOO. no contract until we sell ours. AND we have someone looking at our place tonight! Weee....

Jenn and I are still on the hunt for a new place. We are looking at a place in Harwood tonight. 1.75 Wooded Acres! Nothing a chainsaw can't fix!
Sailing for me is on hold. No real boat to sail on. And it has not been fun lately. So... I am looking for another boat. I think I found one. But the owner will get back to me.
